Welcome to Green For Life. These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of landscaping services to our clients. You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions when hiring our services.
Scope of Services
We offer various landscaping services, including but not limited to:

Planting plants

The specific services provided will be outlined in a written agreement or service proposal.
Free Estimates

All estimates provided by Green For Life are completely free.

There are no upfront pricing commitments until an agreement is made.

Additional services requested beyond the original agreement may require adjustments.
Cancellations and Rescheduling.

Clients must provide at least 1 day’s notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Client Responsibilities

Ensure access to the property during scheduled service times.

Remove any obstacles that may hinder service completion.

Inform us of any underground utilities or hazards before work begins.
Liability and Warranties.

We strive to provide high-quality services, but we are not liable for damages caused by unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or third-party interference.

Any claims for defective work must be made within the 2 hours of service being received.

Safety and Environmental Considerations

We adhere to all safety regulations and environmental guidelines.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that pets and children remain at a safe distance during service.
Termination of Services.
We reserve the right to terminate services if a client fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or engages in inappropriate conduct.
Amendments.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.

For liability and potential claims purposes, before and after pictures will be taken and provided after every cut. This documentation will ensure transparency and accountability throughout the process. By proceeding with our services, you agree to the use of these images for these purposes.

monthly you will receive an invoice by the cut as a monthly breakdown of your monthly payment and payments are due within 7 days of the invoice date this includes weekly or 1 cut payment.
